SFR were available when I needed help after an accident, I got an immediate response on the phone and service was very prompt and punctual. I was given a clear quote for the charge in advance. The mechanic who came out was extremely courteous and competent, took a good look at the vehicle and put my mind at rest about it being safe to drive and pointed out details that I could ask a repair shop about and worked quickly and cheerfully. He was aware and sympathetic too. I have never had, never mind bashed, an alloy wheel before, so I can't comment on value for money or not, but I was reassured and the car was drivable so nothing negative to say at all. ~ Janet F

What a life saver. Tyre burst after hitting a huge pothole on a country road in the middle of nowhere. It was dark, stormy, pissing it down and I had no idea what to do. Called the husband who advised I should try to find a mobile tyre fitter. Tried a few, was quickly losing hope and then SFR called me back! He checked the tyre was in stock and 45 mins later, I had been located, fixed with a new tyre and was back on the road home. Honestly amazing service👏 he was a lovely, polite guy... price was extremely reasonable considering it was a new tyre, he had to drive 30 minutes and it was night time and stormy. Fast response on a call and no AI. Person on the phone was kind and asked right away about issue and tyre size. Price was established straight away whilst on the call. Repair man contacted me in 5-10 minutes after initial call. Asked for a location and was there in the next 10-15 minutes. I would like to suggest this service for everyone! He was also kind and fast on repair. Thank you for your help! P.S. After searching for help and calling multiple local mobile repair shops near Bathgate... Absolutely tremendous service. Contacted them at 7.30am this morning and they were at my door for 9am. My tire had gone flat over Xmas and had no way to get it to a garage. Not only was the tyre changed, but they also discovered and solved a problem that has puzzled us (and the garage we had taken the car to a number of times - we won’t be taking it there again after this!) and gave us advice on it that we fully and truly appreciate! Came out of work to find a flat tyre. Blow it up and got home. As I work 12hr shifts, nowhere is open. I looked online and found SFR Motors. Called them with no answer. Then got a WhatsApp and a message. I responded with my tyre size and post code. They replied very quickly with a price. I accept the price and with in 15mins the fitter was out. He was very good and explained everything. A half hour later and my tyre was fixed now problem. No trying to book in somewhere, no worries about time off work. No shit at work missed. Took my husband to work and came home, soon as I got out of the car I heard hissing so I knew I had a puncture. I wasn't able to take to garage as it was Sunday and by 5 mins my tire was completely flat. So I went onto Google and found SFR MOTORS LTD. The man I spoke to was absolutely amazing he was able to come out and do the job bare in mind it was windy. He was out within 20mins, excellent service I will definitely be using again. I needed 4 trailer tyres fitting on a Sunday. I had tried kwik fit and other garages open on a Sunday and was told they were unable to do 13in trailer tyres. I googles and found SFR. 1 quick call and price and time was agreed. Turned up about 20 mins later to my home. Tyres were fitted very quickly and also helped me refit to the trailer and checked torque on the wheel bolts. Top service and very friendly. I would 100% recommend SFR. Really helped as I needed trailer for first thing on Monday. ~ Chris D

I reached out to SFR Mobile Tyres to get a quote and check availability for assistance with my car’s wheel nuts yesterday after desperately searching for help with a flat tyre. They responded to my enquiry immediately and after providing my details Raza drove out to me in Pumpherston and dealt with all my issues within 2 hours of my first message. Very impressed with this service. I had a flat tyre as a result of vandalism and Mobilo sent someone within 90 minutes to change the tyre on site to a suitable equivalent. Lovely man from SFR tyres appeared and did the job in 20 minutes. Highly recommend. Mobilo worldwide recovery is available as long as your car is serviced by Mercedes once a year. I had my first tyre puncture since moving from Ontario to Scotland after hitting a curb. After having a large piece of metal puncture and deflate my tyre, I contacted SFR Motors and requested roadside assistance. Within less than 40 minutes, Razr responded to my request, replacing the old tyre for a new one. 20 minutes later and I was back on the road. Prompt, professional and well priced. First class service. I phoned at 7pm stressed as I had a nail in my tyre and was travelling to West Calder the next day for work from Edinburgh. Just had tired replaced by SFR. This guy is brilliant. From phone call to arrival 35mins. I went to pick my son up from the bus. 20 mins round trip and when I got back, tyre changed and all I had to do was pay the guy. He also gave very good advice on other tyre and alignment. Great service. Answered immediately and checked tyre type and once confirmed they had it, they came out to me. There were road closures in place near where I was but they kept me updated on their whereabouts. Really friendly technician arrived and quickly sorted my tyre.
